Army's new strategic plan for 2021 outlines the next 10 to 15 minutes

WASHINGTON — A draft strategic plan titled Army Strategy for 2021: Baby Steps aims to tackle the Army’s toughest national military problems 15 minutes at a time, sources confirmed today.
