Of all the "JD Vance killed the pope" angels (sic) to take, this has been the best. I'm old enough to remember when DoD handed out hardship pay because the bases in Iraq only offered Green Bean coffee and not Starbucks. Not at the MEK, of course. Tray-rats and shower trailers that sometimes electrocuted people to death were the only luxury there.
I know, viewing what is actually happening is leftist now. Besides, we have heard about the 'sin of empathy' from the current administration, also that the words of Jesus are 'liberal talking points'. Explain how Jesus approves of armed troops in elementary schools to kidnap children. Try not to use the word 'millstone'.
Well, normally Duffel Blog goes over the top, but you went stratospheric over the top. My own opinion of Vance the politician has tanked, but such a vicious attack on his faith is the consummate cheap shot. The faith of Pope Francis, however, is an open book, and we serious Catholics have found the plot pretty thin and third-rate all the way back to Argentina, and it seriously tanked in Rome. Yeah, that’s not Duffel-Blog’s battle-space, but your tale falls down even further when you use a dismal Pope as a club to flatten a disappointing politician.
Explain how Jesus would approve of ICE entering elementary schools to kidnap children. Also, explain the 'sin of empathy'. Note that Trump loves Easter both for faith and for the corporate sponsorships.
OMG I needed the laugh and the smile that you brought to me today. You put this one over the top. THANK YOU well done my friend

The Filipino barbers at Camp Anaconda's saw more combat action than Vance, the so-called "combat" correspondent.
That was my first thought.
As I wrote to your founder once or twice, I believe that satire is by far the most elevated form of humor.
But, ever since he went to work for a government contractor, this publication has started slanting so far left that it’s unrecognizable.
