A recently released Pentagon report revealed that, almost immediately after the President's announcement, a Pentagon official named Mr. James Fortran deployed to various locations within the U.S. in an attempt to find an answer to the question that what was cited as "the Space Force's most significant hurdle in its long road to activation:"
