You're Welcome For My Service Shirt

$24.99

Awarded for the unimaginable sacrifice of… showing up.

This isn’t just any shirt—it’s your chance to proudly display the National Defense Service Ribbon, also known as the “I Was There” medal. Issued for the rare and heroic act of being alive during a conflict, this ribbon is a badge of honor for anyone who managed to sign their enlistment paperwork without spraining a wrist.

The You’re Welcome For My Service shirt celebrates the universal participation trophy of military service. Whether you’ve seen the front lines or just the front desk at CIF, you earned this—automatically, without doing anything extra. You’re a hero. Probably.

Made from soft, lightweight cotton with just the right amount of stretch, it’s ideal for graciously accepting free meals, unsolicited “thank yous,” and confused stares at the VA.

Specs:

• 100% combed and ring-spun cotton—softer than a “good initiative, bad judgment” counseling

• Pre-shrunk fabric to survive both boot camp and bloated ego inflation

• Side-seamed construction and shoulder-to-shoulder taping for a fit more squared away than your last rack inspection

• Lightweight feel, heavy sarcasm

Perfect for:

• Veterans Day outings

• PX runs you didn’t want to make

• Reminding civilians you’re basically a national treasure (citation needed)

Because not everyone can say they served—except, you know, basically everyone who signed a contract. You’re welcome.
